cting authority ́s ongoing needs. Separate competitions will be held via Mercell. Procurements with a value of more than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT can be implemented outside the framework agreementThe estimated contract value is NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT per year, with an upper limit of NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT per year, depending on the municipality ́s grants. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure services for this sum. A detailed description of the delivery is in 02 (requirement specifications). The contract period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 years, so that the total length can be up to four years.
