annum, with an upper limit of NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, depending on the municipality ́s grants. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure services for this sum. A detailed description of the delivery is in 02 (requirement specifications). The contract period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 years, so that the total length can be up to four years.
