Assessments are particularly needed of proposals for a definition and a registration system with different devices in light of EU and EEA legal requirements, with particular emphasis on the procurement directive and the service directive. The assignment shall result in a note discussing the above mentioned problems. Furthermore, there is a need for legal advice for the Ministry ́s work on a hearing note and the design of a concrete bill. The final delivery deadline for the assignment is 14 August 2026.
