Registration for [email protected] county has, in this tender, a two-part tender model where the contracting authority presents the vessel that shall be used as the main vessel in the route. This vessel is owned by the county company Fylkesbåtene AS. Nordland fylkeskommune hires the vessel by Fylkesbåtene AS and leases it to the operators on a bareboat contract. The operators relate to their hire contract, which is between the county and the operator. In a two-part tender, the operator is obliged to hire the vessel from the county during the entire contract period at a fixed price.
