Kinn municipality would like to use this procurement to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 or 4 tenderers for the sub-area. Kinn municipality wishes, through this contract, to get simple and good access to technical consultancy services and to get a licence for this with good quality and at the right price. Tenderers shall make the contracting authority a high priority. The consultant must facilitate the works so that it is capacity to meet the contracting authority ́s needs in the contract period. The scope of the contract is unclear and the contracting authority does not procure the purchase obligation in volume in accordance with this procurement.
