the three counties. Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold counties wish to ensure cost efficient and good professional planning and engineering design assistance for small and medium sized transport projects in the counties. The contract includes, among other things, preliminary engineering design services, planning work, tender documentation for contracts, plan follow-up in the construction phase and reviews and analyses connected to all phases of transport projects. Further information is given in the tender documentation.
