to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings. The locations at Ullandhaug and Våland will mainly be involved. The work assignments can be both short-term and long-term. In addition to normal operation and maintenance work, Helse Stavanger HF shall implement the "interim phase project". The middle phase project is one project for alterations and adaptations of the existing buildings at Våland to outpatient operations and day treatment.
