KAV shall contribute to covering the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s need to implement procurements in accordance with legal and regulation requirements. The aim is to use a system that, to the greatest possible degree, contributes to fully electronic case handling. This will be from planning and preparation of strategy and tender documentation, to awarding of contract and further contract follow-up. The system ought to facilitate to the greatest possible degree to make the procurement work more efficient and it should contribute to digitising the procurement function in The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.
