Important information regarding access to the procurement documents: It is specified that Part II of the Contract Documents with appendices (technical tender documentation) contains power-system-sensitive information that is subject to confidentiality pursuant to the Energy Act and the Power Preparedness Regulations. In order to obtain access to the relevant documents, interested suppliers must complete and sign Appendix 1 (Information Security Agreement) and Appendix 2 (Non-Disclosure Declaration)
