ns a digital a copy machine that is networked, so that, in addition to copying, it can, as a minimum, function as a printer, scanner and send e-mail. The aim of the contract is to cover the customers ́needs for printing, copying and scanning for the customers ́ daily operations. It is important for the customer that systems offered safeguard security and privacy in a good way. The contracting authority ́s entities have varying degrees of need for printing/copy/scanning function. The need for new multi-function machines varies from small offices that require a simple table model, to large schools with a need for larger machines with post-processors who can print, scan and copy large amounts of paper.
