Sykehusinnkjøp HF is owned by the four regional health authorities, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Vest RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF and Helse Nord RHF, of which the shareholding is 25 percent each. The company has strategic and operative responsibility for purchasing for the specialist health service.
