5)Descriere: The procurement is for a turnkey contract for the construction of an ambulance station and offices in Andreas Kjærs vei at Eg in Kristiansand.The project shall contribute to strengthening the stand-by and efficiency of the ambulance service, while also providing modern and flexible office premises for rent within, among other things, health related businesses. The building will focus on sustainability, including energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. It shall also be equipped with advanced technology to support an efficient working day, including high speed internet, smart building technologies and security systems. BOP5 AS ("BOP") is a company that is 100% owned by Kristiansand Næringsselskap AS ("KNAS"). BOP5 owns the site and is the developer of the building in the project.
