develop digital services of high quality for inhabitants, employees and businesses. The agreement shall support the municipality ́s technological development and contribute to meeting future needs. The services provided in the contract period will be characterised by a high rate of change within technology. There are, therefore, requirements for flexibility, innovation and continual improvement. This contract shall mainly safeguard consultancy services within system development, microservice architecture and running environment. There can also be a need for resources to support the municipality ́s strategic work for the further development of the municipality ́s microservice architecture with the accompanying infrastructure, and running environment with the accompanying framework and methodology.
