red by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. This competition is being held in accordance with PPR parts I and IV, procurement of health and social services. In order to participate in the competition, the tenderer must fulfil the requirements set in this tender documentation. The contracting authority plans to award the contract without having a dialogue with the tenderers beyond making any clarifications/corrections. Dialogue through negotiations can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, considers it appropriate. The selection will, in such cases, be made after an assessment of the award criteria.
