The procurement of a off-the-shelf system as a quality system is a central part of the work in meeting the needs for quality work in the Norwegian Environment Agency. The service shall be a quality system that supports document management, process mapping and handling deviations and improvement proposals - in a uniform and integrated way. We shall procure a quality system that fulfils our need for good quality management now in the first phase and which in addition also has the potential to be integrated with and support several aspects of our performance management in the long term.
