If a tenderer submits a tender for both sub areas, Fulfilment of the qualification criteria for the sub-areas will be evaluated in the following order: R01906 Machine contractor including winter maintenance Elverum kommune - sub-area 1R01930 Machine contractor including winter maintenance Jørstadmoen – sub-area 2 In order to be able to award contracts for both sub-area 1 and sub-area 2, sufficient resources must be had to fulfil the qualification requirements in both areas. This means that if a tenderer is awarded sub-area 1 and does not have sufficient financial solidity and resources to fulfil the qualification requirements in both areas, the tenderer will not be qualified for participation in sub-area 2.
