w much of the increase in construction costs can be attributed to public requirements and how much is attributable to other market conditions. There is also a need for knowledge on which requirements are of great importance for the construction costs and which are of less importance. Note delivery deadline with analyses and results for part 1 of the assignment and a status report with provisional findings and a plan for further procedure for part 2 is 15.09.2026. The delivery deadline for a total draft of the final report for parts 1 and 2 of the assignment is 01.11.2026. The final delivery deadline for the total final report for part 1 and part 2 of the assignment is 01.12.2026. The estimated budget for the assignment is NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
