he municipal supplier of BPA (self-management) or one of the tenderers (licensees) with whom the municipality enters into a service concession agreement. The contracting authority therefore invites tenderers to apply for the award of a licence in connection with the provision of assistance hours in the scheme for user-controlled personal assistance to users in Hå municipality.
