The existing cooling tower shall be removed and replaced by a cooling system based on open wells (ground water), network water and dry coolers. The total cooling capacity is 3000 KW. The return water shall be returned to the ground water surface at Transjøen, but must be drained so that the temperature of the water is lowered for reasons of water environment, bio diversity, microorganisms, etc. before it is returned to the ground water.
