The work shall be carried out in a building that is in full operation throughout the entire project period. This sets requirements for good planning and execution, so that the work as much as possible affects the daily activity. Replacement premises for affected users will be clarified in the interaction phase 1, in cooperation with the chosen contractor. The total reconstruction area is estimated to approx. 6,000 m² gross, divided between the lower floor and the first to third floors. The stated areas are based on available basis and may deviate slightly during inspection measurements. See the other procurement document
