The tenderer shall provide suitable vehicles and equipment adapted to the service and the relevant area, as well as sufficient and qualified personnel to carry out the assignment. All equipment and crew shall be available during the service period. The municipality is divided into 15 lots. One contract shall be signed per lot, and one tenderer can be awarded several routes.
