ctric power grid, specifically Transient Stability Assessment evaluates a power system's ability to maintain synchronism when subjected to a large disturbance, such as a fault, line outage, or sudden loss of generation. It involves analyzing the dynamic response of generators and system components during and immediately after the disturbance to ensure the system can return to a stable operating state. The tender scope includes maintenance and support regarding the software tool as well as expertise/consultancy for during the implementation/integration phase and for during the operational phase. Optionally are functionalities regarding Voltage Stability Assessment, Small Signal Stability Assessment, RMS-EMT co-simulation as well as other current or future functionalities for evaluation of a power systems dynamic behaviour beyond those described above that are beneficial to a control room
