rvices. HVC classifies this assignment in the services category. HVC will capture approximately 200 Kton of CO₂ per year. This will take place in a new-to-build Carbon Capture & Liquefaction Plant at our Waste-to-Energy Plant (Afval Energie Centrale) in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. In brief, the Assignment concerns following activities: The CO₂ (which is captured and liquefied by HVC) must be: • transported to a transshipment port by inland vessel (barge), • transshipped and transported to a designated storage facility, • injected into a gas field that has been made suitable for CO₂ storage.
