Note: This Dynamic Purchasing System is a continuation on the Mercell platform of the DPS that was previously operational on the Negometrix platform with Negometrix reference 159478 for which formal notice 2021/S 087-226573 was published on 5-May-2021 on the TED website. If your company was already qualified for participation on the Negometrix platform, a simplified procedure applies for re-establishing your qualification, see question 2.1 on the Mercell platform. TenneT will renew and innovate the (IT) systems that it uses for controlling and balancing its grids in the period 2021-2031. In connection with this, TenneT expects to be needing extensive external expertise, related to existing and new technologies and ways of working, in particular related to the challenges that TenneT faces in the energy transition.
