Key information on the renovation project: •TomtoAreal: 1035 m²•Main buildingoNettoareal: 1360 m²et floors: 4 (including the basement)•Garage•Net area: 60 m²•Floors: 1 The work shall be carried out as a general contract. The tender process for choosing a contractor is ongoing. The form of contract with the contractor is FIDIC "Red Book". The local project management team is expected to lead the project throughout the entire construction phase, including handover. Some assistance can also occur during the claims period.
