Short description of the contract or purchase(s):Cheshire West and Chester Council working in collaboration with the Ellesmere Port Greyhound Stadium Ltd offer an opportunity to release the residential development potential of a site extending to approximately 10.825 acres (4.381 hectares).The Council has recently obtained approval for a programme of new affordable homes. As part of the programme the appointed developer will be contractually obligated to build the 30 % affordable units on behalf of the Council. The Council will be obligated to purchase the affordable units on the terms outlined in the particulars. The Council is now considering adding further parcels of land of up to c. 5 acres land in Ellesmere Port ,the majority of which will be developed for affordable housing, as part of t
