Economic and financial ability:Instead of requiring a turnover of 2 000 000 GBP (twice a 1 000 000 GBP annual contract), we are lowering this requirement to 500 000 GBP. This is as the works will be carried out in quarterly batches, and the Council has decided to take a more proactive approach to managing financial risk. This would still be reviewed on a case by case basis as to each organisations financial standing, with a potential of limiting the number of properties that can be ‘opened up’ and worked on at any one time, where this is deemed appropriate, at the Council\'s sole discretion.IV.3.4)
