Total quantity or scope:The project is for the construction of a new community centre (approx 1 000 m²) and 79 new dwellings comprising 60 houses, 19 apartments and one community unit (approx 50 m²) located on open land adjacent to Glen Road and Creggan Burn Park, Derry~Londonderry. The new community centre (approximately 1 000 m²) comprises of a single storey of accommodation which includes offices, changing facilities, community rooms and associated community faculties and a two storey community hall. The construction of the houses is timber-frame. The construction of the apartments and community centre is traditional construction.
