On Monday 2.2.2015 Place North West ran an article on the sale of the Greyhound Stadium which stated that the Council expected to secure a receipt of GBP 6 000 000-8 000 000. This was incorrect. Place North West took the figure of GBP 6 000 000-8 000 000 from the OJEU notice which combined the expected receipt and the purchase price of the affordable units to be built within the site and to be subsequently purchased by the Council.
