y for evaluating if the requirements are met: Technical qualification is fulfilled by Contractor: a) which has accomplished at least 5 significant contracts in the past 3 years. For the purposes of technical qualification, the Contracting Entity considers the following as a significant contract (i) delivery of interior benches for airports with more than 5 million of passengers per year or (ii) delivery of interior benches for other public areas with high concentration of people (i.e. railway station, shopping malls), b) which furnishes one sample piece of interior bench that fulfils all the requirements and will be subject of the tender c) which supplies evidence attesting conformity of a product under ČSN EN 13501-1 or its equivalent, issued by the relevant authority.
