/p>EMAE will launch, with the assistance of the lender’s engineer (on going technical assistance to AFAP/EMAE) all the necessary tenders for goods, works and services foreseen under those specific subcomponents.The proposed team should be composed of a team leader, deputy team leader, quality, environmental and social expert; GIS specialist as well as non key-experts: specialist in health, hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace; specialist in metering as well as in operation and maintenance and litigation (if necessary).This contract is expected to be implemented from February 2020 to February 2024 (48 months).The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are, in decreasing order of importance: technical (80 %), and financial (20 %).All firms are invited to participate in the tender.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further informa
