The programme is scheduled for a three-year deployment from January 2027 to December 2029. The proposal must include a budget for an estimated contract value of EUR 620,000 per year, total EUR 1,860,000 for the three-year programme period. The candidate is expected to propose a strategy which considers inclusion of the work packages listed below. While it is expected that the contents for each work package is adequately described, submission of a finalized visual concept is not a requirement. Applicant should bear in mind, however, that the proposal must demonstrate ability to design and implement a strategy which will support the campaign objectives.
