Includes Respecting Difference aspect to help break the cycle of sectarianism, racism, xenophobia and ‘othering’ in all its forms to ensure a better society for all children. 2. Early Years Staff shared knowledge element: Engages 5 Early Years organisations for 1 year in visits to each other’s centers, preschool and early year’s classrooms to see how they operate and engage with the children and parents in their community.
