Parents and toddler’s-based element: Minimum target of 50 participants (Mixture of parents and children mainly under 5) engage in a range of workshops relevant to ages and stages of development. Includes Respecting Difference aspect to help break the cycle of sectarianism, racism, xenophobia and ‘othering’ in all its forms to ensure a better society for all children. 2. Early Years Staff shared knowledge element: Engages 5 Early Years organisations for 1 year in visits to each other’s centers, preschool and early year’s classrooms to see how they operate and engage with the children and parents in their community.
