Whilst open to all, recruitment will specifically target work with Men’s and Hen’s Sheds in the local Foyleside community as well as outreaching cross-community (including the Waterside) to engage adults with a learning or physical disability, adults with mental health issues, adults from BAME, Refugee and Asylum seeker identities and other interested participants from the wider city. The project delivery will have a strong emphasis on inclusion and understanding diverse needs and identities. The project will factor in reasonable adjustments for inclusion and equality to ensure reasonable access to participation.
