s for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan and the grants:NTWRP-7.3: Rehabilitation of Reservoirs in Khorog, including the provision of all related installation and civil works:• Rehabilitation of existing reservoirs of 2000 m3 each;• Rehabilitation of connection pipelines of the reservoirs;The implementation shall start in Q1 of 2017 and shall be completed within 8 months after signing the Contract including winter break.Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the Bank’s loan, SECO’s grant is open to firms, joint ventures and consortia from any country.To be qualified for the award of the contract, Tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:a) average annual turnover as lead contractor (defined as billing for works in progress and completed) over the last 3 years
