network in the city centre and construction of new network, which will serve to 2,500 inhabitants. - Section 2: Rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant Rehabilitated and upgraded WWTP in proper operation. The WWTP shall be designed for two Phases, with an ultimate capacity being 7,300 PE and Phase 1 as 5,250 PE. Rehabilitation Works will cover Phase 1 (5,250 PE). Works will be implemented according to FIDIC Red Book (1999 ed) including lump sum design-build activities for WWTP. Works shall be implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Montenegrin legislation and relevant EU and EIB requirements.
