only be published to the prequalified tenderers once the result of the prequalification has been announced. The tender schedule will be revised when the tender material is published. When applying for prequalification, a candidate need submit a completed ESPD as documentation for its suitability and a signed non-disclosure agreement. Template for the non-disclosure agreement will be uploaded after the publication of the Tender Notice. In addition to the ESPD, the applicant is encouraged to submit the following: • Statement on Consortium (only if the applicant is a consortium) • Commitment Letter (only if applicant relies on the capabilities of other entities) • Declaration concerning Russia Baggage Factory East (BFE) comprises the construction of a new BHS facility dedicated to a Baggage Handling System and Early Baggage Storage. The new Baggage Factory in Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
