Aim of this procurement is to create a Service Agreement between CMI and suitable contractor ("Service Provider") for delivering consultancy services for supporting CMI’s mediation processes in Ukraine, Moldova, and the South Caucasus, as well as the broader region including Europe, Russia, and Central Asia, dependant on CMI's needs.
