land. This procurement forms part of the NLS' preparedness for the situation where aerial images cannot be obtained from all production areas due to GNSS interference. Accordingly, the NLS does not commit to purchasing any satellite orthomosaic images from the chosen suppliers. The object of the procurement and the production areas are described in more detail in Appendix 1 Technical requirements. See also chapters 11 and 12 of the Appendix A Contract. TERM OF THE CONTRACT The contract enters into force upon signature. The objective is that the contract will be signed by 15th of June 2026 at the latest, in which case the contract covers the possible needs for satellite orthoimages for 2026.
