aintenance work at the Norwegian Embassy (cantine and residence) in Berlin.Certain assignments, mainly related to contact with local authorities, will require architectural competence. The awarded local project manager does not need to have these qualifications, but tenderers must be able to provide a qualified architect for such assignments as a part of the tender offer.
