ra-tion and Development (BMZ), aims to improve the access of micro, small and medium-sized enterpris-es (MSME) and start-ups to inclusive sustainable financial services. Affordable financial services play an important role in enabling MSMEs to manage or mitigate financial losses due to external impacts, such as the consequences of war or climate change, and build resilient, sustainable livelihoods. These services are critical for building financial resilience, particularly amid the dual challenges of climate change and political instability. By supporting local financial institutions (FIs) in developing and institutionalizing green and inclusive financial services, the project contributes to long-term private sector development, environmental protection, and social equity. The project directly supports the im-plementation of the Palestine Monetary Authority's Sustainable Finance Roadmap
