rsuant to Section 17 German public procurement contract tender award ordinance (VgV) in combination with Section 38 Subsections 4 and 5 VgV. An award per lot is not envisaged. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor for the total volume of services included in the call for tenders. The submission of an expression of interest is a prerequisite for admission to further procedures; expressions of interest received after the deadline will not be considered. No costs will be reimbursed for the submission of an expression of interest.
