The current fragmented, outdated HR-IT setup—relying heavily on manual processes and tools like Outlook and Excel—is unsustainable. The organizational split also necessitates new legal and local compliance for Germany. To address these challenges, TenneT Germany is implementing a modern, integrated HR Core System and Payroll System, alongside an HR Service Platform. These systems will communicate in real time and connect with existing solutions, streamlining HR operations and supporting future growth. Lot 1 – HR Core System & Payroll System: This lot focuses on the implementation of a modern and integrated HR Core System alongside a new Payroll System.
