Call for Proposals for Youth & Women, Peace and Security” (Y/WPS) (hereinafter ‘the Y/WPS call for proposals’) under Pillar 1 in the period 2026-2028 under the overall guidance of the Client and full compliance with the MFAs Aid Management Guidelines and the Ministry’s Financial Management Guidelines. The Y/WPS project will entail management of grant funds totaling DKK 67 million (the total allocation of DKK 74 million also includes the management fee to the Consultant) for projects with an implementation timeline of 12-24 months implemented in Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Mali, Niger and Nigeria across the following modalities: 1. Grass-roots grants (approximately DKK 500.000 – 1 million) expected up to 40 grants 2. INGO grants (approximately DKK 1 - 3 million) expected up to 10 grants 3.
