ated LPHW systems, control and automation systems, instrumentation, documentation, FAT/SAT, and commissioning support. The scope also incorporates purchasing of heat‑exchangers as part of an integrated natural‑gas pre‑heat system. The following is applicable to the scope of the QS: • GNI may procure all or any part of the Boiler Package Unit and heat-exchangers • For the purposes of compliance with Regulation 97(1)(a) (Modification of contracts during their term) of the Utilities Regulations 2016 GNI may require additional services, works, supplies under the scope, relevant to Boiler Package Unit site, during the Framework period, e.g. the provision of boilers and all ancillary equipment to facilitate the safe and efficient operation of the Boiler Package Unit assembly.
