of recurring payments under a service contract. The Contracting Authority requires access to approximately 500 car-parking spaces within a radius of five kilometres of its main campus. It is a highly desirable requirement that the successful tenderer has the capacity to make an additional 500 car-parking spaces available during the currency of the contract. The spaces may be located on one site, or across multiple sites. In the event that the spaces are located across multiple sites, the Contracting Authority has a distinct preference for sites that are distributed and located in a manner that will enable the efficient transfer of staff between the sites and the Contracting Authority’s campus. The successful tenderer will assume responsibility for any design and construction activities necessary to develop the facilities prior to use by the Contracting Authority’s staff. In this rega
