e existing microbiology building (to be retained functioning in its current format), to include a new dedicated boiler servicing the building), retention of administration and general staff services in the current building, with minimal internal refurbishment works, then the construction of a new separate Three-Storey building of 1,690m² and with a separate necropsy building of 400m² (located adjacent to the existing sewage treatment plant and similar to Scheme No. 2).
