The Framework will be established for 4no. years. Contracts awarded within the Framework period may extend beyond the 4-year lifetime of the framework. The estimated value of the framework over the lifetime is €950million, however it is important to note that this is not a guaranteed spend. Clúid intend to invite the top 6 scoring applicants from the prequalification stage (Stage 1) to Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender), assuming that number meet the minimum qualification requirements. The framework will be established with the top 4no. scoring tenders following the competition for the initial contract.
