The duration of the framework agreement will be for 24 months with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months each, subject to annual, periodic, and other reviews. There are approximately 250 in total that may require works and maintenance to be carried out from this framework although additional units may be identified throughout the course of this framework. The first contract to be issued under the framework, which will be used to establish the framework, will include remedial works for some of these units and will include preventative maintenance for a period of 1 year (12months) for all units included in the contract.
